Are you ready for a battle in 2010?
Mainstream news is looking to write the story of a Republican wave, lies are being spread about President Obama and the Democratic agenda, health insurance reform is on the brink of disappearing forever, and conservatives are licking their chops for 2010. Right-wing extremists are hoping to pick up seats in the Washinton State Legislature as well as in Congress, and Snohomish County is on their prime target list.
We can stop conservatives in their tracks right here!
Will you help us today? If 5,000 Democrats in Snohomish County give just $20 to our Party, we'll be able to support our candidates directly. If everyone who can help signs up to volunteer, we'll have the people we need to doorbell and do the hard work it's going to take to turn back the GOP in Snohomish County.
Please donate $20, $100, $250, even $1,000 or more today. Your donation will mean everything to our battle in Snohomish County this year.
Click the Donkey on this page to make your gift, and then sign up to volunteer with your Snohomish County Democrats today. We can win here, but only with your help. Let's mobilize and do this together!
Every donation of $10 or more gives county residents voting membership in the Snohomish County Democrats. Snohomish County PCO's are automatically members, but we could sure use everyone's help. Thank you for your time, your generous financial contributions, and everything you've done and will do to help us win in 2010! Happy New Year

Resolved to get involved in 2010? Here's how to get started!
Democrats have no shortage of potential in 2010. The entire US House and State House are up for grabs, along with a number of US and State Senate seats. Many local offices are on the ballot as well, not to mention bonds and levies for everything from schools to libraries. Each election affects the lives of our residents and is an opportunity for our voices to be heard.
If you've been thinking about getting more involved, or even if you just stumbled on this site by accident and want to know more, now is the time. Subscribe to our E-mail list by clicking on the megaphone above. Take a look at the Precinct Committee Officer information under "Organize Your Precinct" on the left-hand side of the page (Fact: Each PCO represents dozens of their neighbors to the Democratic Party; they are truly the grassroots of citizen activism). Choose a cause to advocate for, donate time or money, share your talents, get to know your elected officials, run for office yourself, and get to know folks who share your values. Your Snohomish County Democrats offer you the chance to take charge in your community.
Be sure to check out your local legislative district organization as well. Snohomish County includes all or part of the 1st, 10th, 21st, 32nd, 38th, 39th, and 44th LD's. Each district has its own vibrant Democratic organization, with no shortage of opportunities to make a difference. While the County Democratic Party is separate from each individual legislative district organization, all of us work together to support causes and candidates who share our vision for Snohomish County.
Thanks for stopping by. We look forward to working with you in the New Year! Labels: campaigns, party, snohomish county democrats
