Please submit Resolutions or issues to be considered for resolutions to our Corresponding Secretary by email or by USPS to P.O. Box 5657 Everett WA 98206.
For an example of the proper format for resolutions, please refer to the resolutions below as examples. Supporting materials: links to websites may be be included with your submission.
The Resolutions Committee will then work with you on any remaining formatting issues and get it presented to the body, either at the next Executive Board meeting or at the next Quarterly Meeting.
Until approved, Resolutions will be posted on our website as "(pending)".
Once Approved
The Corresponding Secretary publishes the Resolution as noted in the "BE IT RESOLVED" section and the Recording Secretary will make the change on our website to reflect that it has been approved.
If the Resolution is rejected, the posted web page will be deleted and the uploaded document will be removed from the site.
